The amount of the award is based on the Level that is achieved:

Level 1 – $100

Level 2 – $200

Level 3 – $400

Application Steps and Requirements
  • Applicants must be active members of the NSP-C Snowsports School.
  • Applicants must complete and submit the scholarship application after successfully achieving certification.
  • Applications must be submitted no later than June 15 of the year in which the certification is completed.
  • Proof of successful certification may be requested.

Applications are reviewed by the Assistant Division Director overseeing the Snowsports program.

PSIA-AASI Certification Path

Pursuing a PSIA-AASI certification is a rewarding way to develop your skills, build confidence, and enhance your teaching. It’s an opportunity to grow as an instructor, support your fellow patrollers, and contribute to a stronger, more connected Central Division snowsports community.

Stronger Regions Start with Great Instruction

NSP-C Snowsports School is here to support your Region’s instructional needs.

If your Region requires instructor assistance, please complete the Instructor Request Form. Instructor support is provided based on availability, and requests are fulfilled in the order received. After submission, a member of the Snowsports Team will contact you to coordinate and confirm the details.

Our goal is to ensure every Region has access to high-quality instruction—helping members develop their skills, stay engaged, and strengthen the Central Division snowsports community.
