The Western Michigan Region did a great job hosting the Division in Grand Rapids the second weekend in September. It offered many opportunities for education, training, fun, and fellowship. A record number of patrollers received National Outstanding recognition this year at our Division Awards Dinner. The following is a list of the well-deserved recipients:
