Trailblazers: Advancing Women in Ski Patrol
The NSP Women’s Program mission is to empower patrollers by advancing skills and developing leadership in a women-focused program. The program offers training specific to women, particularly in disciplines like handling toboggans, where anatomy can provide different opportunities and techniques. It also provides opportunities for women to meet and network to strengthen their connections to each other, their patrols and divisions, and to National Ski Patrol.
